On April 24, 2021, the Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Moltke-Hansen, of Altisource Asset Management Corporation
(the “Company”), resigned. The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) expects to promptly commence a search for its next Chief Financial Officer.
